Audiotron seems to loose clock settings

I have an Audiotron that I have not used in a couple of years. But last night I hooked everything back up.
Installed the software from Turtle Beach and everything was working. But seems if I turn the unit off (Hardware Complete power off switch in back) it looses the clock setting and has to search the entire MP3 database on my local server, that has some 10,000 plus songs on it. This Can take along time.

Its been so long since I have used the old Audiotron.
Is this normal or...

ATs not finishing task

I have two ATs in the house. Both use the NAS music library for file sharing. When I do a reboot of the ATs to load new music they both find all 7,200 titles and zero stations and sit on that results page. They used to go into the clock front panel mode. Any ideas why both sit on that results screen? Did I delete a file that might direct the AT to close after finding all the titles?

Audiotron - Song Playback Error, Host Down

After a hard drive failure, I have just reinstalled XP Home and the Audiotron software. Briefly last night, it started to work after, unwittingly, I made a network bridge to the router, a DSL LAN connection and then shared openly my music files (i.e. did NOT share them by dragging my music to Shared Music folder). As this problem shows itself with two faces, when I did drag the music folder away from and BACK TO its original location, it started working so I went to bed figuring I won....

Hey all,

Trying to get my Audiotron to see the local station file. I named it radio_tr.txt and added its path to the list of manually searched shares but the AT doesn't find it. When it boots up it says it is looking for the local radio list but it doesn't find any stations. Appreciate any help. Thanks.

Replacement TurtleRadio service
Instead of upgrading the firmware (which can be risky) and creating a reliance on a PC for hosting the Config file, I have tricked the AT into reading the file off my web server instead.

If you are happy using a generic Internet Radio station list, anyone can access my server using the same technique:

1) Using the AudioTron web interface, Go to the Settings, Network page (network.asp).

Error accessing share in XP Pro SP2

Ok havent used the Audiotron in awhile but here is my setup

XP Pro Sp2, Symantec AntiVirus, Windows Firewall, Linksys Vonage Router (forget model)

Have 4 computers, 2 xbox's all hooked up and can access one another no problem. Last time I used the audiotron it worked fine. Now when I try to run it, it wont find any shares and the Web Interface says

"Found host TRAVIS at IP address=192.168.15.100
\\TRAVIS\EXTRAS\MY MUSIC - Error accessing share

Playlist problems on Samba share

After several days mucking around I've finally gotten to the problem of my playlists not working.
If I save them to my NAS, one of those generic boxes with Samba and FTP, they will not work. Regardless of whether I use short DOS formatted names or long.
However, if I save the playlist on one of my Windows shares, it works fine.
My Audiotron's firmware is 3.1.1

AudioTron Interest Still Alive?

I bought one of the first AudioTrons and love it but was wondering if anyone knows of a list of still actively supported applications.

I know many of the ones I found are no longer around (Xtron) and many others as well.

Also, I have version 3.1.1 of the firmware and although I've seen later beta versions published by Turtle Beach from sometime in 2004, I was wondering if anyone knows of an independent developer that is creating firmware updates!

I know there is almosy no activity here but I am going to take a long shot and post. Pulled my AT out of storage and hooked it up in my workshop. All was working well using 3.1 version software on ethernet. Decided to update firmware to 3.2 (the latest) to speed up radio access by using local file.
